Format of Wedding Planner Contract / Agreement

Wedding Planner Contract

______________________________________________ (hereafter “Wedding Planner”), ______________________________________________ (hereafter “Bride”) and ______________________________________________ (hereafter “Groom”, together hereafter as “Couple”) hereby agree to the following terms concerning the planning of the wedding taking place on 14 December 2014
The Wedding Planner will provide number of sessions of consultation on the following dates:

The Wedding Planner will provide unlimited correspondence via email, phone and letter for any questions or concerns the couple has concerning the coordinating and planning processes.
The Wedding Planner will help the couple find the following contacts and will consult with each of them amount of time before the wedding to verify the contracts and to ensure that all expense exchanges have been made:

The Wedding Planner will coordinate the rehearsal dinner, provide an itinerary for all wedding party members and arrange for transportation.

On the day of the wedding, the wedding planner will provide items and services that include unlimited help and consultation, an emergency bridal kit, ensuring that the wedding party is photo-ready, managing and directing wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony/reception, coordinating with vendors and musicians throughout the night, and managing any emergencies that arise.

The Wedding Planner will receive a total of Rs.-----, with an additional Rs.-----per guest over the estimated number. This total includes a nonrefundable deposit of --% (Rs.---) paid not later than 14 November 2014, --% (Rs.--) paid by MM/DD/YYYY and the final --% (Rs.--) paid no later than MM/DD/YYYY.
